      It gets engraved and heads to your door

      23 to 32 days to Spain from the day you order; a few more elsewhere. You get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

    Because the plaque is printed for one order only, the text you type is the text that gets cut. Read it twice before you pay — and if what arrives is broken or is not what you typed, send us a photo.

    Where these reviews come from. They are verified-purchase reviews published by customers of the manufacturing workshop on its AliExpress listing, translated into English. They are not Maison Amour customers: we don't have any yet. We show them because they are the only real evidence that exists about this piece today, and once we have our own, these go.

    Questions about this piece

    The ones that actually stop people buying, answered straight. If an answer is awkward, we give it anyway.

    Which photo works best?
    Large faces, daylight and little background. Acrylic works on contrast, so a photo where you are seen close up comes out far better than a wide shot on the beach. Night photos with flash are the worst. If yours won't work, we tell you before making it and ask for another.
    What if I don't know the exact song title?
    Just tell us roughly which one it is and who it's by, and we'll find it. We generate the code ourselves: you don't have to look up any link or do anything in Spotify.
    Can I use a photo of a dog instead of a couple?
    Yes. Pets come out very well because fur has a lot of contrast. It also works with groups, but beyond four faces each one loses detail: for groups, the round one takes up to five photos.
    Will it arrive before Christmas?
    If you order before 17 November and it goes to Spain, yes. That date counts backwards from the 24th: up to 32 days of making and shipping, plus five days of margin for the Christmas rush. Outside Spain, order a week earlier. Up in the product panel you have the maths done with today's date.
    What if it arrives broken or wrong?
    Send us a photo at maisonamourstore@gmail.com within 14 days of it arriving and we remake it or refund you in full. What we cannot take back is a change of mind: a plaque printed with your photo cannot be sold to anyone else, and the law says the same about personalised goods.
    Can I see how it will look before paying?
    Not as a finished piece: your plaque does not exist until the workshop cuts it. What you can do is check every detail in the form before you pay — what you type is exactly what gets engraved — and every photo on this page is a real workshop piece, unretouched.
    Does the light change colour?
    Only if you want it to. The standard base lights in three tones, and the warm one in the photos is among them. If you would rather have colours, choose the seven-colour base: same wood, same acrylic.
