Shipping policy
The times on this page are the real ones, production included. If we fail to meet any of them, you have the right to cancel and get your money back.
How long it really takes
Three of the four pieces are made when you order them. There is no shelf they come off, so the clock covers making as well as shipping. These are the times we see for orders to Spain, counted in calendar days from the day you order:

Elsewhere in Europe, count on 3 to 5 days more; outside Europe, 5 to 10 more. If an order has several pieces, it is complete when the slowest one arrives.

We don't ship to other countries yet. If yours isn't on the list, write to us and we'll tell you if we can make an exception.
Outside the EU — and that includes the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla — shipments can trigger import paperwork and duties, payable by whoever receives the parcel. We don't charge them and we can't calculate them for you.
The Christmas cut-off date
The last day to order for delivery in Spain before 24 December depends on the piece:

They aren't a marketing countdown: each one comes from subtracting that piece's longest time from the 24th, plus five days of margin for the Christmas rush. Elsewhere in Europe, order a week earlier; outside Europe, two weeks earlier.
After that date we keep selling, but your order may arrive in January.
Tracking
When the parcel leaves, you get an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link. If you can't see it, check your spam folder before writing to us: that's what it is nine times out of ten.
If it runs late
If your order runs more than 10 working days past the maximum time we gave you, you can cancel and get a full refund, even if the piece is personalised. Write to us at maisonamourstore@gmail.com with your order number.
If the parcel is lost in transit, we remake it at no cost or refund you, whichever you prefer. The shipping risk is ours until the parcel is in your hands.
